- I am the founding President & CEO of Head to Speech, Incorporated, the nation's leading nonprofit organization dedicated to athlete brain health and the effects of sports concussions on speech-language, hearing, and cognitive communication skills.
- I lead our Board of Directors and community to carryout Head to Speech's mission which is to close the gap between athletics and communication sciences through four pillars: Bridge the gap between athletics, audiologists and speech-language pathologists; Connect with communities for awareness and training; Integrate into athletes' routines; and Expand career pathways into brain health through sports careers and sports speech-language pathology.
- Head to Speech is the nonprofit arm of the Academy of Certified Sports Speech-Language Pathologists.
- By supporting my work increases the ability to pour proceeds from its brands, products, and services into Head to Speech programs and support athletes and those who support their holistic development, recovery, career transition, and activities of daily living beyond the game.

In 2024, I founded the Academy of Certified Sports Speech-Language Pathologists™, an online educational community and certification program that applies evidence-based speech-language pathology practice, including both service delivery and professional domains, leadership development, and business and practice management standards to athletics, sports and fitness. The designation Certified Sports SLP™ distinguishes those who work in athletics, sports, and fitness. Our students invest in the experience because it is deeply rooted in social impact branding and achieving social impact within this underserved community by SLPs.
